35+ year
business leader in multi-million dollar ventures
overlapped with a 20+ year passion
to produce better Pitchers with greater command
and more injury resistant motions
than you ever thought possible.
The following "Applied Business
Principles" take you through how we systematically combine
backgrounds to create the most effective, most dynamic
pitching instruction in the World.
Applied Business Principle #1 – Business Leaders
build their business by supplying an excellent product with
exceptional customer service.
All the other "Applied Business
Principles" that follow talk to how we created a
business model to giving Pitchers individual attention
to individual needs. Pitchers realize better results in
a shorter time than any other pitching instruction on
the market today.
As you read on, you'll find our
analytical, yet very flexible, approach gives the
Professional Pitching Institute the ability to solve
any pitching motion issue.
Applied Business Principle #2 – Business Leaders
become an expert in their field.
We used stop-action film strip
technology and extensive research to understand what
differentiates elite MLB motions from one another. We
feel we’ve broken through the disturbing sameness you
read in all the pitching instruction books and hear when
anyone talks about a pitching.
Lawyers, Doctors, Architects, Real
Estate Agents, Plumbers, etc. all need a license to
practice their trades. Sadly, current Pitching
Instructors need no degree and no formal training to
teach Pitchers. As soon as a licensing process becomes
available, we’ll be the first in line to get certified.
Applied Business Principle #3 - Business Leaders give
people a way to measure improvement.
Since a pitching motion produces
pitching results, any pitching motion measurement needs
be in the motion, not at the glove. A Pitcher who keeps
their Core vertical and their Hip/Shoulders over their
target line mirror the elite MLB actions that produce
surprisingly consistent command.
We use stop-action film strips to
allow our Pitchers to readily measure their Core and
Hip/Shoulder activity.
Applied Business Principle #4 - Business Leaders take
responsibility for poor results, then work to correct these
issues.
When a majority of our Pitchers had
an issue with their results, we knew right away we had a
flaw in that particular Teaching Model. Since we take
our Pitcher's failures very personally, wWe use our
extensive understanding of how the mind controls the
Body and how the Body subconsciously reacts to the way
an individual talks to themselves to resolve each
shortcoming in our Model.
Our current Teaching Model represents
10 years of solving disruptive patterns. With our
current Teaching Model, within days of completing their
first Professional Pitching Institute session, Pitchers
continually find themselves hitting their target twice
as they did in the past .
Applied Business Principle #5 - Business Leaders show
people "how to" achieve.
"Position #1, Position #2..." or a
more stylish request to produce certain Hand or Leg
positions within a motion represent “what to do”.
Traditionally, Pitchers become responsible for figuring
out “how to” produce the actions their Instructors want
to see within their motion.
Our Teaching Model presents “how to”
move the Hands and Legs to produce these “what to do’s”.
The end result finds the Pitcher throwing more often to
their target without the target moving than ever before
... and, by the way, with less effort.
Applied Business Principle #6 - Business Leaders
continually strive to produce better results.
To find ways to make a productive
pitching motion easier to understand and execute, we
carefully listen and continually respond to our
Pitcher's feedback.
We always looking to refine our
Teaching Model and eliminate any Hand/Leg actions from
the Model that cause the Pitcher's Body to get in the
way of itself.
Applied Business Principle #7 - Business Leaders hold
themselves accountable for their organization.
We're totally accountable to our
Pitchers. Our Teaching Model delivers such
effective results that we offer a full money back
guarantee.
In the event, Pitchers do not see the
improvement they expect and use the skills presented
during their instruction, Pitchers can request all their
money back. On the professional level, we receive
compensation based upon our ability to get Pitchers
promoted.
Applied Business Principle #8 - Business Leaders
always look forward.
