4 PPS Steps Get You To
Keep Your Head over Your Hips.

The less your Head drifts from over your Hips,
the more your Core stays intact,
the less effort you put into your motion and
the more effective your performance.

"Core Activation"

The way you set up to begin your motion, before you even make your first move, determines your ability to activate your Core. Begin your motion without activating your Core,  the more your Head drifts from over your Bellybutton and the more your results suffer!!!

PPS Instruction begins with your Starting Position. Fail to begin properly and you results will suffer.

Once we know you begin your motion
with your Core activated, you move to ...

Eliminate "Tilt"

When you properly coordinate your Arm and Leg movements to keep your Head over your Hips, the more your Core stay intact.  The less you "tilt" your Core, the more your throwing motion becomes a total "reaction" instead of Eye/Hand coordination.

Watch your pitching motion video.  When your Head moves from over your Hips early in your motion, you're "tilting" and adversely effecting your pitching results.

To further reduce Eye/Hand coordination, PPS
shows you "how to" manage your
Glove Hand to reduce your need for  ...

Address "Glove Hand Management"

Proper "Glove Hand Management" permits your Core to stay intact and keeps your throwing motion a "reaction".
In an efficient motion, proper Core alignment allows your Glove Hand to makes the subtle adjustments you need in order to keep your Head over your Hips.

Focus on your Glove Hand Management to see the consistency you've forever been trying to find.

As soon as we know your Glove Hand
keeps your Head over your Hips, we ...

Stop "Wobbling"

By keeping your Core intact, your Head stays over your Hips and your Throwing Arm coming into your release becomes a reaction.  When you allow your Arm/Leg movements to create a "tilt", your Throwing Arm "wobbles" around your Head and Eye/Hand coordination takes over.  The more Eye/Hand coordination in your motion, the more often you put the baseball over the heart of the plate.

Stop "tilting" and "wobbling" and you create exceptionally consistent Throwing Arm speed and a constant release point that produces exceptional results.

Here's a big plus ... Using proper Arm/Leg movement to keep your Head over your Hips will make you much more injury resistant and far more productive than you ever thought possible!!!
