1. Get a digital camera with video capabilities, video camera or cell phone with a movie mode.

2. Place yourself in the back of the frame, so you move from one side of the frame to the other without the camera having to move.

3. Take a  video of your entire Pitcher’s motion.

Step 3 - Make your video available for browsing.
Copy your video file to a folder that's available for browsing.

Step 4 - Send us your video.
